For Singapore Buyers
Local standard postage is always complimentary. We only mail on Mondays to Wednesdays so that you can receive your package within the same week.

For tracking service, we use Singpost's Smartpac at an affordable rate of :

S$3.00 for one-two petite size items(Smartpac mini)
$3.80 for two or more larger size items (Smartpac standard bag)

^Smartpac is that it is a 2-3 working day delivery door service. The advantage is that if no one is home to receive, the postman will place it into your mailbox. This option replaces local registered mail service for my shop. Smartpac service will be complimentary if your purchase exceeds S$90.  ~ updated on 13/7/2017


Local bank transfer by POSB/DBS is the preferred mode of payment. I also accept transfer via PayLah. Please check with me on if you wish to choose the latter option.

~ For PayPal option, transactions below S$100 will have to bear a 5% transaction fee on top of the total amount. ~

For International Buyers

Only PayPal is accepted for your transactions. (Please reconfirm shipping to your destination) At the moment, I ship your items only with *overseas registered airmail. Please allow between 8-20 working days (or less during non-peak period) for package to arrive, depending on your country's custom clearance efficiency.

The international registered airmail shipping fee will depend on destination and weight of package.
I estimate it to be anything between S$5.00 - S$14.00. This will be advised upon agreement of purchase. Please use this CONVERTER for estimated amount in your currency.

Ready made items will be sent out within 2 working days upon receipt of payment. Customization orders may take up to 10 working days to complete.

Upon receiving your package, please take a minute and drop me an email to acknowledge receipt. Skipping this final procedure would have me assume that you have received your package in good order within the estimated time frame. Therefore, I cannot be liable to assist with tracking of any possible delay, loss of package nor consider any form of returns. Thank you for understanding.
